POLYTHENE ROLLS FOR MANUAL, SEMI AUTOMATIC AND FULLY AUTOMATIC GARMENT BAGGING MACHINES.
Whatever type of machines/s you have in use, we hold in stock and make to order, rolls ranging in thickness between 60 gauge (15mu) and 150 gauge (37.5mu), Plain or Printed (with a safety warning notice) in the width best suited to your machine or the Garments you are packing.
We can produce any roll weight, each supplied on a 76mm (i.d.) cardboard centre core to fit standard mandrels with each roll polythene wrapped.
The majority of material for this industry is produced from virgin grade polymer which is BHT Free (butylated hydroxytoluene) an absolute must if you are packing garments / textiles. If the film is not BHT Free, you run the risk that when exposed to daylight, artificial light or sunlight, the product will “yellow” rendering it unsaleable / unusable.
However, we do offer material containing a minimum 30% recycled content in the thicker material for those who wish to use this specification.
As part of our environmental policy, we also offer a collection / credit policy for the cores when the roll is finished. This saves your disposal costs and allows us to re-use the cores, all we ask is that these are kept dry and palletised ready for us to collect – it could not be easier, it reduces waste, cost and helps the environment.
Should your machines not work, which always happens at the worst possible time and you have urgent jobs to deliver but no machine to pack them and the engineer cannot be there for days and / or needs a spare part. Fear not, we can supply from stock, loose bags either with a straight top (with or without an interrupted seal) or a shaped top to solve the problem.
Does your supplier hold designated stock for you, we do, giving you the knowledge that you can have a next day delivery which is the case with many of the high street retail chains that have approved us as a nominated / approved supplier - if they trust us to supply their needs, so can you!
