Double Wall Cartons

For when you need something stronger than single wall. Often referred to as Tri-Wall boxes. Double Wall boxes are primarily bigger boxes where Single Wall would not hold its shape or be strong enough.

As with all corrugated there are different board grades and fluting that can increase the strength of your box.

There are stock options and bespoke designs, such as cut out panels and handles.

Internal Divisions/Fittings

Cardboard sheets can be used to section the inside of your box, or dividers can be made for a more bespoke option. Perhaps to keep your bottles from clinking together. Best to keep the liquid inside the bottle!

Single Wall Cartons

The starting place for boxes. Usually for smaller boxes where cost is important and strength is not of paramount importance.

Having said that, as with all corrugated there are different board grades and fluting that can increase the strength of your box.

Wardrobe Cartons

Wardrobe Cartons, supplied with hanging bars, are a brilliant way of transporting your clothing between destinations. Whilst keeping it crease free, depending on the driver of course!

Die Cut Cartons (Often Referred to as Pizza Style Boxes)

Mainly produced from Single Wall board so that can be easily assembled, die cut cartons are used for a wide variety of industries. They are specifically used for e-commerce purposes (and pizzas).

Sheets (Layer Pads)

Corrugated sheets or layer pads. To put a divider between the pallet and your goods, from the bottom to the top and anywhere in between.
